Nursery Chair

Jason's Nanny covered the cushions on my glider with the same fabric my baby bedding is made out of. They turned out BEAUTIFULLY! I can't wait I think the nursery will be DONE tomorrow! And the rest of our house should be done by next week!!!

Jack's Nursery! (A work in progress!!)

We are finally getting to work on the nursery! I am so pleased with how everything is coming together! Here are just a few pictures of what we finished today! I will add the rest as we get it together!

Car Seat Help!

Jason and I have yet to get a car seat. Today I went to babies r us online and saw this ad for this AMAZING car seat... ( I think... I am easily amazed :) ) Its a convertable that fits from 5 to 50 pounds... my only draw back is that it isnt one of those that you can take in and out with the baby in it.... I need advice!!! Whats really important in a car seat?

Our BIG little man!

Monday I went to the doctor and got a sonogram to see little Jack! Well it turns out he is not so little at all he weighs 4 pounds 10 ounces already. The sonogram lady said that he was measuring 2 1/2 weeks early and that his due date appeared to be August 21. (Original due date: Sept. 9, 2009) Dr. Brantley said he is measuring in the 86th percentile!!! She said he has long legs, a long torso and big feet. She also informed us that he has LOTS of hair! My friend Jodi dreamed about Jack before we knew anything about him and she told me he was a boy and that he had a head full of black hair! When I go back for my 37 week check up she will decided if she will take him early or not!
