Saturday night Jack slept in his 1st Christmas pjs! I had just said earlier in the night that we wouldn't be wearing them until thanksgiving night but when  we got home (after seeing all the other sweet babies in their Christmas jammies) Jason couldn't help it so, Christmas jammies it was! p.s. He was sooo stinking cute! How could Santa resist?

This weekend Jack met all of his new friends for the first time! How cute was it that they all had on turkey shirts!!! I think it was by accident too ( I know mine was.) We had so much fun visiting with great friends!!

I must say that my sweet man has THE sweetest smile ever. He is so giggly! He is extra happy in the mornings  and loves when you talk and play with him. Recently he has started cooing too! He is growing up so fast.

One morning while Jason was changing Jack I walked in to find him wearing his santa hat. Jason loves to dress him up. He is a pretty sweet little santa!

I have Got to start blogging better.... For those of you who have requested here it is... Jack is growing like a WEED! He may be a giant, just saying. I took him to the doctor 2 weeks ago and he weighed 10 pounds and was 22 inches.... he got measured the NEXT week and he weighed 11 1/2 pounds and was 23 1/2 inches! He is growing out of clothes and shoes like it is going out of style! He is also getting sooo sweet!!! He smiles alot when I talk to him.... So that is the update for now! I am going to try to be a better blogger from now on! (MOM)

I have been really bad about blogging lately so here is a little update. Jack is doing so good! He sleeps 4 to 7 hours at a time so that is making it easy on me since Jason is working alot lately and leaves every morning at 4:30. He is growing like a weed. He has now out grown his newborn clothes in length. If it has footies on it he cant straighten his legs and if it doesn't he look like he is wearing capris, so now it is on to 0-3 months!

2 weeks old!

Jack is 2 weeks old today! It seems like it went by so fast. We have been so blessed so far. Jack is such a good sleeper and he only cries if he is 1. hungry or 2. naked. He has been such a Joy to Jason and me. We can't wait to watch him grow!

Saturday Jason and I got out of the house and went to Starkville to see the Bulldogs play! We had such a good time catching up with our tailgate buddies and watching the game (even though it rained!). Don't worry we didn't take little Jack, we know he isn't quite ready yet, but we can't wait to take him next year!!! Later that night, when we got home, we went to our friends the Pettit's house. We enjoyed our grownup weekend, but we were ready to go get Jack the next day so his uncle Josh and and aunt Beth could come meet him!

Well we are finally settling in at home as a sweet little family! Last night Jack did pretty good... We did find out that he is getting a little more hungry every day and that he doesn't like for the house to be silent when he sleeps, other than that he is perfectly happy and content. Baby Jack is here!

Well it all started Saturday morning at 2:00 am. I woke up having contractions and was very sick. I went to the hospital and was put on an IV and was there until around lunch. They sent me home because my contractions weren't far enough apart. While home I only got more sick and started running a fever so we went back at about 10 that night and i stayed the night. They sent me home Sunday and I felt much better. Tuesday I saw Dr. Brantley and my bp was high so she said "lets go get this little man". Jason and I were in shock! After the long weekend we had we never expected we would be scheduled for a section that day, SO..... Sawyer Jackson Vance was born August 25, 2009 at 1:26 pm. He weighs 7lbs 8oz and is 21 inches long! We instantly fell in love (Jason is completely wrapped around his little finger)! Here are a few pictures. The internet here at the hospital is slow so I will try to add more later.

This week we took Paisley and had her shaved!!! We loved her wild hair but it was becoming too much to keep the floors hair free and with Jack on his way we decided this was the best option! Lisa Kelley did a great job!
